O World Marrow Donor Day (WMDD) – Dia Mundial do Doador de Medula Óssea – acontece no terceiro sábado de setembro de cada ano e tem como objetivo a conscientização sobre a doação de medula óssea. A data foi criada em 2015 pela World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA), associação mundial que reúne os registros de doadores de medula óssea, totalizando cerca de 35 milhões de doadores em todo o mundo.
Em 2019, o WMDD será comemorado no dia 21 de setembro e terá como tema, além do agradecimento ao doador, a iluminação de monumentos e pontos importantes das cidades nas cores da campanha (vermelho, azul e branco).
